Tape dispenser
Bring the dispenser forward.
Put the tape roll in the back of the dispenser.
Thread the tape through the feeding wheel.
Remove the tank.
Fill it with water.
Cover the fill hole and flip it back into place.
Pull the knob and slide to the desired length.
